I really do love how Ocasta Boost (Albert) as it allows you to not just learn but also gives you rewards for learning which is is such a beautiful thing that has made me most impressed. One change that I am really happy about is how they moved the UFD link to the hot bar rather than having to go to the trading hub. Small difference like that make a big change and also on that so far I have had no problems if there are any I will let you know.

What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously we were having to use vouchers for recognition which takes time ordering and can also be costly in fees. We also had a system in place where regional managers would message us with people they wanted to recognise throughout the month which was admin heavy and time consuming. By having the function to add rewards to recognition, and nominate users who are able to directly handout these rewards, it's greatly improved both the experience for users and us as a team and these elements don't consume quite as much time. The Engage platform is innovative and well thought out, providing a great experience for users. Publishing articles is a seamless experience and I love the fact that users can interact using emojis and comments. I also love that the tool can be personalised with things like banners, making it unique to our company and priorities and making important information stand out. A big hit with our users is the recognition element as it's easy to use and perfect for recognising great behaviours instantly. Being able to add rewards to this is something that has been a huge benefit to our team and greatly received by users. Given the current climate, being recognised and being able to convert a reward into vouchers of your choice in seconds is unmatchable in my opinion. When it comes to the team at Ocasta, requests are always fulfilled in a timeley manner, with super fast email responses and regular updates provided.

Recommendations to others considering Ocasta: Talk to the team behind Ocasta, they are very knowledge and approachable, and will do their very best to find how Ocasta can benefit your business. What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you? Initially Ocasta was introduced solely to solve an ePOS problem replacing a system no longer fit for purpose. After using this app for some time and realizing the benefits of improved security, reporting and customization the additional engagement and e-learning platforms were introduced. These elements immediately solved issues with staff engagement by creating a flexible platform to share communication and staff content. The e-Learning platform was able to identify knowledge gaps across the employee population allowing for targeted learning action plans. Beyond this auditing and review capabilities were introduced to reduce reliance on paper-based process and create a centralized reporting suite giving business insight and analysis, something that was unachievable with paper based processes. Oplift is a customizable app suite and web portal application that covers employee engagement and communication, reporting and audit controls, e-learning, ePOS, and staff observations. All these elements are key operational requirements for our business so having this all within a single platform improves both administration but also control. Additionally, having all these key components designed and built with the same company gives all our end users a consistent look and feel across all app touch points. This has helped us improve user confidence and speed to competency.
