Ocasta has transformed the way we engage with our store teams. From kudos to Albert, Boost to Buzz, we have gone on a great journey and still excited about what more we can do to continue to keep our teams knowledgeable and confident

Ocasta has made it easy to organize the processes and large amount of information we need to run the business and better serve our customers efficiently. I am especially impressed by their customer service and willingness to help.

We needed a way to set expectations the same across 7 different states in our organization. we have seen great improvement in standardizing expectations. The ability to report across all of our stores has been imperative to improving our organization.
β¨ Using the platform to drive our objectives across learning, recognition and people. β¨ Changes to our main uses including Kudos (extended message) Game improvements in Albert and the big one for me is Boost. That we are able to further our programme and offer unique changes to our external vendors (like leaderboard). β¨ We are out performing Shout (the companies internal recognition board) across retail with most users opting to use our kudos over Shout.
I really do love how Ocasta Boost (Albert) as it allows you to not just learn but also gives you rewards for learning which is is such a beautiful thing that has made me most impressed. One change that I am really happy about is how they moved the UFD link to the hot bar rather than having to go to the trading hub. Small difference like that make a big change and also on that so far I have had no problems if there are any I will let you know.
Before using Ocasta, we didn't have a clear, consistent method of communication with our people. Since introducing it, it has made such a difference in how we're able to structure our messages, check readership and monitor comments. A selling point for us has definitely been Albert, the gamified learning platform, with around 2,000 of our people playing each month. This gives us the perfect opportunity to test knowledge, allows people to learn along the way and also have fun whilst doing it!

Recommendations to others considering Ocasta: I recommend using it regularly to access information and update content. What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you? Because it is very easy to use and navigate.it is very easy to accomplish all tasks, it is very compatible with other programs and applications that exist today. Easy access to all the information you need on a daily basis. The architecture is developed to be able to handle a wide range of applications and front-end platforms with flexibility. this is a great tool to keep staff busy with what needs to be done in a magazine as a format similar to the news applications available in iOS and Android. It combines a high quality design and usability so that you get the complete package without compromise. the platform is clear and concise making the loading of information simple.
